Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy.
Tension Focus
This treatment is specifically for work on 2-3 areas of the body, for the muscles that hold the most tension for you.
Foot Focus
Using therapeutic and reflexology techniques, this session is focused on your feet and lower leg areas. Great for improving circulation, for those that suffer from foot issues such as plantar fasciitis, and overall relaxation.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull, correcting any restrictions in the craniosacral system.
